Asaduzzaman Noor tests positive for COVID-19, the actor had earlier tested positive in December 2020

Veteran actor and lawmaker Asaduzzaman Noor has been admitted to a hospital after being diagnosed with Covid-19. This is the second time that the actor has been infected with the coronavirus disease.
The news was confirmed to media by Ghulam Kuddus, president of cultural organisation Sammilito Sangskritik Jote.
“Asaduzzaman Noor bhai’s covid result came positive last night. For safety precautions, we admitted him to the hospital. There are no big complications, and he is doing fairly well right now,” said Ghulam Kuddus.
Last week, the veteran artiste performed in a play for Bangladesh Betar. Asaduzzaman Noor was first diagnosed with Covid-19 on December 4, 2020.
