October 22, 2015

The Bangladesh Cricket Board on Wednesday announced that Zimbabwe cricket team will arrive on November 2 for a short series featuring, three one-day internationals and two Twenty20 internationals. The announcement ended all speculations regarding the series and confirmed the return of international cricket to Bangladesh after Australia cricket team’s abrupt postponement of two-Test series last month.
Zimbabwe were supposed to play a full-fledged international series in January, but the BCB has decided to split it after Australia’s postponement opened up a slot.
Zimbabwe will commence their tour with a warm-up match at Fatullah on November 5.
The three one-day Internationals will be held on November 7, 9 and 11.
The two Twenty20 internationals will be held on November 13 and 15.
All the matches will be held at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium at Mirpur.
Zimbabwe are scheduled to play two Test matches in January.
In a separate announcement, the BCB announced that Zimbabwe Under-19 cricket team will also arrive on November 7 for four youth one-day internationals against their local counterparts ahead of ICC Under-19 World CuZ.
The four youth one-day internationals will be held respectively on November 10, 12, 14 and16.
