Summerfield celebrates 36th anniversary

The Summerfield International School has celebrated its 36th anniversary recently with two-day programmes, including science fair, art competition, cultural activities and Summerfield Debating Championship, says a press release.
Maple Leaf International School won the debating championship and Scholastica became the runner-up.
The other participating institutions were European Standard school, Dhanmondi Tutorial, Universal Tutorial, Manarat International, Rajuk Uttara Model College, Academia, Summerfield, Aga Khan School, Bangladesh International Tutorial and Oxford.
On the closing day, Summerfield Principal Anjum Hossain and Chairman of Debate for Democracy Hasan Ahmed Chowdhury Kiron distributed prizes among the winners.
